FEES AND PAYMENT OPTIONS
Our fees for mobile dental hygiene care depends on what services are required/provided, the same as when you visit a dental office. Estimates can be given prior to scheduling an appointment if requested ahead of time.
For patients with private dental insurance, we will send off the dental claim form to the dental insurance provider on behalf of the patient. Patients are responsible to pay for any co-payment not covered by their dental insurance policy.
An invoice for services will be provided following the appointment and can be paid by personal cheque OR e-mail money transfer
